Terms & Conditions

• The competition is only open to users who reside in South Africa
• The competition starts on the 1st of March 2011 and ends on the 31st of March 2011
• To enter the competition you need to receive 10 faxes in the month of March via your Fax to Email service
• The winner will be selected via a random draw
• The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• The prize winner will be notified via email no later than the 4th of April 2011 once the draw has been made. Should the prize winner not claim his/her prize within one month of the date of notification, it will be awarded to the next eligible winner
• Personal information collected will not be shared with any third party
• Staff members of FaxFX, and its affiliates, as well as their family, spouses, life partners, business partners and associates may not partake
• By entering the competition, you have also agreed to receive email notification announcing the winner(s), once the draw has been made. This email will be sent to everyone who enters - it will be a once off communication
