In order to buy credits, please log into your account by typing the following into your Browser's URL -http://myaccount.faxfx.net
Click on the "Buy Credits" menu item to open the credits options screen.
Select the amount you would like to purchase by clicking on the package title.
Choose the payment method of your choice:
Credit Card Purchase (once-off purchase and subscription purchase)
1.Click on the" Pay By Credit Card"/"Subscribe Using Credit Card" button to open the confirm transaction window
2.Click on the "Confirm" button to open the credit card details page
3.Enter all of your credit card details
4.Click on the "Submit" button to process your purchase
5.Print this page for your reference by clicking on the "Print" button and close the window to return to your fax to email account
Please note that when subscribing to a credit bundle, credits will be deducted from your account on the same date every month that you subscribed to the service.
Direct Deposit
1.Click on the Direct Deposit button to open the payment reference window
2.Your reference number is displayed in the payment reference window as well as our bank account details to which the payments have to be made to. This page can be printed for your own reference.
3.Once the deposit has been made, fax/email the proof of payment to fax: 086 600 0008 or to email: for credit allocation.
